Payment Terms
Hosting plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
Service Level
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
Techzone Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
