Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services Provided

• Web Hosting (Shared, VPS, Dedicated)
• Domain Registration (.com, .net, .org, .so, and other TLDs)
• Email Hosting
• SSL Certificates
• Website Migration Services
• Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Update your contact information promptly to ensure effective communication.

Billing and Payments

• Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Accounts not renewed within 5 days after deactivation may be suspended. If not renewed within 30 days, the account may be terminated.
• Services will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Domain Registrations: Non-refundable once processed.
• Hosting Services: May be eligible for a refund if canceled within the first 30 days of service.
• Cancellation Process: Submit a cancellation request through your account dashboard or contact our support team.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purposes.
• Host or transmit malicious content, including malware or phishing sites.
• Engage in spamming or unsolicited communications.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

Resource Usage

Hosting accounts are intended for normal website usage. Excessive use of server resources may result in account suspension or termination.
Specific limits on disk space, bandwidth, and other resources are outlined in your hosting plan.

Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Techzone Hosting is not liable for data loss.

Limitation of Liability

Techzone Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Somalia.
